Location: Addis Ababa | In-Store + Online

As we grow both online and in our partner stores, we’re looking for a Customer Service Manager who leads with empathy, passion for wellness, and cares deeply about people.

 

What You’ll Do:

  1. Manage and oversee the daily customer experience in-store and online
  2. Respond to inquiries via phone, messages, and in-person with care and professionalism
  3. Recommend products tailored to each customer’s skin needs and self-care goals
  4. Monitor, collect, and report on customer feedback
  5. Resolve service issues quickly and smoothly
  6. Collaborate with marketing and logistics to improve the full customer journey
