As we grow both online and in our partner stores, we’re looking for a Customer Service Manager who leads with empathy, passion for wellness, and cares deeply about people.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and oversee the daily customer experience in-store and online
- Respond to inquiries via phone, messages, and in-person with care and professionalism
- Recommend products tailored to each customer’s skin needs and self-care goals
- Monitor, collect, and report on customer feedback
- Resolve service issues quickly and smoothly
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics to improve the full customer journey
